Our story..
The company founder and President, Ryan Mull has been in the marketing and advertising world since 1998. Out of college he started selling traditional media, but quickly uncovered that local business owners were spending a lot of their hard earned money with him and his company, and yet neither Ryan nor his clients could really tell if the advertising was working or not.
Unable to "spin" the truth, or sell these business owners something that he was even sure really worked or not, Ryan decided to really focus on the booming internet in early 1999.
From that point in his career moving forward, Ryan helped many different types of businesses, big and small, utilize internet marketing to help them generate more revenue. He realized that the people online were an audience that was actually looking for a type of business, AND he could track their activity.
Driven by the internet's ability to actually show his clients how their advertising was working, Ryan built a large client base throughout the U.S. as he continued to increase his skills in utilizing the internet. Ryan loved helping these business owners succeed and this was apparent to all that worked with him!
During this time Ryan won many nationally recognized awards for his work. In addition to his work using the internet, Ryan became a leader in some exciting new areas of internet marketing. First he was a leader in developing new online product and service offerings to small businesses and then he lead the way in the cross media marketplace (using multiple advertising mediums) as he created marketing programs that utilized the internet, direct mail marketing and his clients' current traditional ads to help them build much stronger campaigns. Ryan’s work in the local internet marketing field was even published in the New York Times.
All along the way, Ryan was building his business plan to one day go out on his own. Confined by his inability to have access to and use all of the different marketing options available to help his clients, he realized he must put his business plan into action. After moving back to Indiana, and getting settled in with his wife, Ryan felt the opportunity was right, he put his long time dream and business plan into action and he created IMAVEX Internet Marketing.
